New multilayered steel gaskets for your Nissan or Infiniti requiring 2 bolt 2.5'' or 3'' diameter flange gaskets.

Often, the RTV sealing method or composite gasket currently made for all 2 bolt test pipes (and various other exhaust flanges) don't hold up over time due to extreme exhaust temperatures and can fail leading to irritating exhaust leaks and potential Check Engine Lights.  

To solve this potential problem, Z1 has designed and produced our very own multilayer metal exhaust gasket for this application. This gasket is similar in construction to the manifold to turbo gaskets we have used for years on turbo applications. It has proven to be one of the strongest and most robust parts despite the extremely abusive conditions they are exposed to; these gaskets can be removed and reinstalled countless times without any problems. Replace your old, leaky exhaust gaskets with these reuseable gaskets that will fix that annoying exhaust leak.  One trait of performance MLS gaskets is that they require a flat smooth sealing surface, if repairing a flange connection on used parts or parts that have previously had leaks proper performance will require the trueing or flattening of the flanges.  For challenging joints it is recommended to add exhaust RTV like Ultra Copper in conjunction with MLS gaskets to improve your seal.
