Checking for boost leaks is one of the most important and overlooked steps when installing modifications or performing maintenance on a boosted car. Poorly seated couplers, loose clamps, and a myriad of other install mistakes create power-robbing boost leaks, allowing metered air on the pressure side of the turbo to escape rather than making it to the engine. Because of this, Z1 assembled this kit, containing everything you need to complete a boost leak test on your Nissan Z after installing Z1's Air-to-Air Conversion Kit.

Please heed our warning! One of our first steps when completing pre-dyno inspections on boosted Z's has always been to check for boost leaks and nearly every time we find them! Do yourself a favor and check for boost leaks before you put your bumper back on. Trust us, your tuner will thank you.
