Most aftermarket fuel pump install kits attach the inlet filter to the bottom of the pump making it difficult to draw fuel from the lowest part of the tank. This Universal Fuel Pump Inlet Fitting changes the fuel pump inlet from the Filter Fitting to a 3/8" Push-on fitting allowing you to mount your pump one place and attach the filter elsewhere. We prefer to accomplish this by utilizing Holley's Hydramat in the bottom of the tank to get the most FILTERED fuel supply possible. Both of which are included in Z1's Fuel Anti-Starvation Kit! 

This machined aluminum fitting seals to the pump with an o-ring (installed) and the included tooth lock washer just like most other fuel pump install kits. Mounts to Stock Nissan Fuel Pumps or aftermarket pumps like Walbro, Aeromotive, Deatschwerks, etc.

This fitting is only to be used to relocate the filter sump. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PUMP UNFILTERED FUEL! (doing so will void your warranty) All fuel must be filtered before entering the pump to ensure your fuel pump not only performs at its capacity but also so it doesn't fail prematurely.
