Product Description
These Walbro high output in-tank electric fuel pumps produce flow ratings of 255 liters of fuel per hour. These particular pumps flow significantly more fuel at higher pressure. For example, at 80 PSI the standard 255 lph pump will flow around 132 liters (35 gallons) per hour. At that same 80 PSI the equivalent HP (high pressure) fuel pump will flow over 210 liters (50 gallons) per hour.
Walbro in-tank electric fuel pumps utilize a proven gerotor design. The outside dimensions, however, are compact enough to fit existing hanger assemblies, without modification. These are complete fuel pump kits and include all drop parts and accessories. Also included is an inlet filter that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications and provides improved filtration and durability.
Note: This is a universal fuel pump. Some modification may be required.

Can this fuel pump replace my own fuel pump that's on my g35?
This pump is a higher output but will fit.
Drilling of the siphon jet on the assembly to keep base pressure stock may be needed.

Can this pump be installed into any Z32 with no modifications? I will be installing this into an NA 2+0 fuel tank, with a TT swap. Does the various speeds of the pump or wiring of different models have any effect on the installation of this pump?
It will go right in without modification on a 2 seater.
The pump controller is what manages speeds and you will still have 2 speed control. We recommend having the NA ecu socketed and upgraded for the swap.

If this is used to replace the OEM pump in a G37, can it be installed without any modification? Will the increase in fuel pressure cause problems further down the line, i.e. the injectors? Thanks

Fitment into the assembly is similar to stock. We would recommend adding a new pump grommet

Also you may need to step up the size on the siphon jet if your base fuel pressure is too high. We usually handle this on a case by case basis depending on the fuel system.
I currently have the VHR manifold swap on my 350z HR. In the VHR fuel rail I am running R35 injectors
I want to retune my car on e85 and would wanna know if any modifications are needed for this fuel pump to go in my Z
When installing a higher flow pump most will slightly oversize the siphon jet orifice to keep base pressure from being too high. Also it is a good idea to pickup a new pump grommet

Easy to install, you will need to be retuned after everything is done if you don’t you’ll run rich.
I would say try to find a different tubing for the gas tho cause the one that comes with kit is stiff and pinches a little easy.

Worked well. I had to sand down the edges on the bottoms to get it to fit into my fuel tank assembly, but other than that no issues. The last Walbro lasted 15 years. Hopefully this one is just as good.

We’ll put together kit however you will have to do some trimming to the fuel assembly and replace the hose as it’s to small and will link up i just matched one at auto zone and got a foot for like $5

So replacing my oem ENR34 fuel pump and I came across one fitment issue. The pump hanger has a metal fuel line part and the top of the pump buds up against it having 0 room for the hose in between. I’m going to have to cut off some of that metal line for this to work properly. Also it did come with an extra wire but thankfully the oem wire I have fits into the pump fine without modifying it.

Some modification of the pump needed to be made, as in all upgrade pumps, but the device and kit was installed and working in my 2003 350Z in under 1 hour.

Pretty straight forward install, just make sure you get everything secure the first time around so you don’t have to keep going back in. The hose that walbro sends is a bit shorter than what most Z32 users recommend, you usually want the fuel filter at the bottom to reach the bend in the metal arm of the FSU, but this sits a little higher. In general, great fuel pump for replacing oem or for upgrades if you’re looking for tuning
