Does your 350Z have low fuel pressure, or are you replacing your fuel pump? This OEM Fuel Pump Grommet found in all Nissan 350Z's and Infiniti G35's seals the pump outlet inside the fuel sender.  Over time these are often found cracked leading to fuel pressure drop and poor delivery issues.
