OEM or bust. Get these, don’t get the cheap aluminum covers with the screws inside. Unless you like doing twice the work?

OEM ALL THE WAY, This was a kind of bigger job, so I wanted to go with OEM seeings how a lot of people have had to redo the aftermarket. also I think Nissan chose this material over alluminum for a reason, perhaps HEAT SOAK. Its been 8 months in the Arizona heat and ZERO leaks. awesome. P.S. I did my VVT solenoids while I was in there, seeings how I had the plenum off.

Great OEM parts. Valve covers are one of those parts you don't want to get cheap knock-offs unless you simply don't care about keeping the car running for a long time.

I’m glad I went with this genuine Nissan valve cover and valve cover gasket kit. The gaskets have little outward notches to help hold in place while setting the valve cover on the head. There is so much to take off and put on when doing this job! Take my advice and buy this to do the job right the first time.

I just got the engine reassembled today and it started right up. So far so good. The gaskets were no problem-they adhered perfectly so installation of the valve covers was as easy as Nissan makes it. Perfect fit and quick delivery.

6 months since I installed them and 0 leaks and my car feels better can’t go wrong with oem.

OEM spec valve covers that you want when replacing worn valve covers. I had a oil leak and replacing the valve covers and gasket fixed my leak. definitely recommended to keep your engine from leaking oil.

OEM valve covers were well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. Installation was a pain (passenger side), but is complete. I will continue to do business with Z1

As a lot of the other reviews have said, go OEM or you'll be sorry. You're probably replacing these because the unserviceable spark plug recess gaskets are leaking. There are aluminum aftermarket replacement valve covers that offer serviceable gaskets - but the quality is so much worse than OEM. They are close to junk. OEM will last you over 100k miles. Bite the bullet and get the best from Z1.

The leaking at the cover has stopped and this a year that it has been changed. Please dont cheap out an buy a non genuine part for ur engine you will be paying 2x for the job to be done.

Your oem valve covers fit great with no leaks at a reasonable price Removing them twice is a real pain as I went the cheap hole saw and seal replacement route the first time which worked for a while but piece of mind is a good thing to have. Jim

Fit perfectly on my FX35 and stopped all my leaking, for sure an OEM product quality was exactly like the originals.

Fits like OEM... it would have been nice of Nissan to let you just replace the spark plug tube gaskets. No more leaks with the new ones.

Can't go wrong with OEM. Changing the valve covers is no easy task so better to get OEM quality over the aftermarket brands for better peace of mind!

If you want the best trouble free installation, get these OEM covers. There are plenty of cheap covers out there but you're replacing these because the spark plug tube gaskets are leaking and they aren't replaceable, so do it right (and once). The non-OEM will not fit as good as these OEM. Oh, and make sure to get all the oil out of the tubes and you probably need to replace the plugs as well. It's the usual, "As long as I'm doing this..."

Quality product, easy ordering and competitive pricing. One cannot ask for more! Not to forget, the excellent customer service and fast delivery. For the extensive labor involved in replacing the valve gaskets, it is worth while replacing the valve covers and spark plugs at the same time. Always use OEM product, original ones lasted 158K miles. These should do same, not worth taking risk on aftermarket product. Highly recommended!

My old cover was leaking oil around the spark plug rings and needed to be replaced. No issues what so ever with the install and Z1 saved me $$ over getting the cover and gaskets from the dealer.

Had to replace valve covers when I had oil leaking into the spark plug hole. About 1000 miles after installation and there is no sign of oil leakage.

Best to use OEM valve covers and these are I also ordered all the plenum gaskets and pvc hose and valve cover cross over hose , every thing went well

Installed my valve covers with new plenum gaskets , throttle body gasket , rtv ultra gray sealant , silicone pvc hose and also the valve cover crossover hose these two hose's get very hard and brittle. My install took time but all is well , all my parts are from Z1 Motorsports very happy with them
