Product Description

Used Camshaft Main Caps (Middle) for all '90+ Nissan 300zx models.

Used to secure the camshaft into the cylinder head, the cam caps are vital in ensuring that the cam spins true, without binding and without excess play. Not available new from Nissan without purchasing a complete cylinder head, Z1 Motorsports has numerous, good used cam caps available.

Please be aware that the cam caps will need to be fitted by a skilled machine shop to ensure proper clearance. Serious internal engine damage may take place if appropriate clearances are not met.

All cam caps, EXCEPT the Front Cam Caps are identical. Cam caps are stamped with a location number from Nissan. The number does not indicate grade or any othe designation.

We maintain a large inventory of used OEM parts, from engines & transmissions to interior pieces & electronics. We have a separate off site 20,000 sq ft warehouse packed full of used Z parts. Our used parts are typically pulled once a week only. Orders placed throughout the week will ship the following week. Please note that all USED parts are pulled from an unreplenished inventory. We will pull the best part we can find for your order, please do not expect these parts to look brand new. If you select an express shipping option, your order will ship on that service after the used part has been pulled for your order!
