DIGITAL DESIGN FOR THE REAL WORLD
The design of our carbon fiber front lip began by digitizing the body of the 2023 Z using advanced 3D scanning technology. This allowed our team of engineers to work in a digital space only limited by the imagination. Creating the surface model directly from the scan data allowed our team to ensure the lip design fit the bumper profile precisely and matched the styling of the newest generation Z. Extensive analysis of the body design allowed us to create a front lip that compliments the Z, providing the best bolt-on enhancement available!
DURABILITY
Since the lip is located on the lowest and most forward point of the car, damage from road media or accidental impact is possible. During the design process, Z1 engineers worked carefully to ensure that the front lip doesn't sit lower than the floor of the car, however, because it extends forward additional care will be necessary around curbs, rises, dips in the roadway. The flat bottom design adds rigidity and decreases the chance of breaking the front edge on impact. Carbon fiber construction provides the necessary rigidity to resist damage from light impacts, and a high wall-thickness means your lip won't shatter from light impacts.
